Last night I removed the mothermold and rubber mold from Agador II (slightly damaging him in the process!) and cast him in plaster! The plaster-casting process was extremely messy, as the mold kept leaking. If only SVA provided more than two pony clamps in the whole school … maybe next time. Here are pictures of Agador II:
The next (and final) step this summer is to clean up the seam and any other places that I want to edit (e.g. level off the bottom, fix his ear, etc).
